Managing BrokerKim has been an experienced real estate professional since 2004 and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2017, bringing over two decades of experience to her clients. She has helped friends, family, and clients throughout Northern California, primarily serving Solano County, while also expanding into Sacramento, Napa, and Contra Costa Counties.
Her business is built on trust, referrals, and long-standing relationships, with a client base largely made up of repeat clients, friends, and family. In 2023, Kim launched her own brokerage, Luxe Living Realty, and has since expanded through a partnership as a collective brand with Sequoia Real Estate in San Francisco, while continuing to operate under the Luxe Living Realty name.
Kim’s goal is to thoughtfully grow her brand by attracting the right agents—those who align with her values, vision, and high standards. She is known for delivering exceptional communication and guidance throughout the entire real estate experience.
A professional businesswoman with strong ethics and integrity, Kim also leads with care and compassion. Outside of real estate, Kim is deeply committed to empowering her community. She is a founding member of the Fairfield-Suisun Education Foundation and is actively involved with AREAA Napa Solano, where she proudly served as the founding chapter president—one of more than 45 chapters nationwide.
