I would totally recommend Kim for any real estate transaction. She is passionate about the work that she does and she has been doing this for a decade and a half. We had a 21 day escrow and she was highly communicative, communicating with us every step of the way and giving us good guidance about what to expect at each step. She was always available when we needed her and worked with our odd schedules on when we could meet to do inspections etc. so she was very accommodating.
